I recently came across this movie, but had not heard of it before. Anyone seen it? Do you recommend?

Is it new or an oldie that went under the radar?
I believe this is a 2014 release - possibly straight to DVD.
Sounds like something decidedly different for Dennis Farina. He was usually cast as a mobster or a cop.
