I've been reading a lot of fiction lately and now I want to switch gears. As I perused my "to be read pile" for a great biography, I began wondering what you were reading.
Are you in the middle of a good book? Do you recommend any nonfiction titles?

'There Is No Alternative: Why Margaret Thatcher Matters'
by Claire Berlinski. It's fantastic!
I would love it if you would read "Fires of Waterland" fiction...and do a review if you will...LOL
I know you're busy...no hurry!
Have a great day!
I love non-fiction. Anything by Michael Perry (Population 485, Truck:A Love Story), Bill Bryson (Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid,Walk in the Woods), anything by Tracy Kidder or Joan Didion. I really liked Julia Child's My Life in France too. I could keep going!
I'm my non-fiction at the moment is finding and studying children's books of the late 19th and 20th century for a W. I. talk on the history of children's literature. Fascinating work.
Great suggestions! I'm ashamed to admit I haven't heard of most of them.
Shelly - That looks interesting. It's been a while since I've read anything with a supernatural or paranormal twist.
EvalinaMaria - I REALLYwant to read that one. I'm adding it to my list.
Raymond - Are you sending me a free copy? ;-)
Julie - These are good - Keep going!
Carole - Interesting topic. I'd like to hear more.
Hi Sylvia, thanks!..Of course I'll get a free copy for you. Absolutely! At this date the print version isn't gone to press (a couple of weeks) but eBooks are available, a minor glitch for a couple of days. Do you have a mobi. Kindle reader, or ePub?? Let me know which version you need, PDF will be available in a few days also. Send me an email to rkmywest@gmail.com and I'll return a copy to you or alternately send you a free download code....whichever I have available. Thanks again!
(We're in the proof stage for the PDF and print at this moment) Thanks again, Sylvia, we'll do it!
